We are seeking a Commercial Lead Setter to generate and qualify appointments with commercial prospects for our sales team. This is a remote, commission-only role focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to commercial prospects, including property managers, facility managers, and property management companies
  • Qualify decision-makers and schedule appointments for the commercial sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and outcomes in the CRM
  • Follow up on and nurture warm leads
Requirements

  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
  • B2B appointment-setting or sales experience preferred but not required
Compensation

  • 100% commission; structure discussed during the interview
  • Uncapped earning potential
Tools Provided

  • Lead lists, scripts, and CRM access
